Desserts are for sharing! Regardless of whether you are vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, flexitarian or even omnivorous, you follow a nut- or gluten-free diet or you have diabetes, our desserts are for you. Our desserts are for everyone to enjoy, together and without compromises!
Our desserts are specially created to avoid all major allergens, and to taste absolutely delicious. Everything we create is approved vegan & plant-based by the Vegetarian Society. And everything is produced, by hand in our very own, dedicated gluten-free, sugar-free, plant-based kitchen in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire.
We only use completely natural plant-based sweeteners such as Inulin, Stevia or Erythritol in place of artificial/refined sugars. They are natural, safe, nutritious, sweet & delicious and make a wonderful healthy replacement for traditional sugar.
We believe in being completely open and transparent about our ingredients and the reasons we choose to use them, so on each product page, you will see full list of ingredients as well as a clear and concise list of allergens and/or dietary restrictions.

Cannellini (White Kidney) BeansCannellini Beans are members of the larger family of legumes, plants used for their edible seeds and pods that boast a high nutrient density with low-maintenance production and storage. They contain high levels of protein, essential minerals and fiber while maintaining a low level of fats. Cannellini Beans have been shown to help prevent Heart disease as well as Crohn's disease & cancers, help with blood sugar control, aid digestion, detoxification of sulphites and many more health benefits. | |
ErythritolErythritol is a sugar alcohol used as a natural low-calorie sweetener. It provides only 6% of the calories found in an equal amount of sugar and it acts as an antioxidant which may improve blood vessel function in people with type 2 diabetes. These benefits may potentially reduce risks of heart disease too. | |
Gluten-Free FlourWe use a special blend of naturally gluten free flours: Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize and Buckwheat to create a perfect alternative to everyday wheat flour. This forms the key ingredient in all our delicious gluten-free digestive biscuit bases and means that almost all of our cheesecakes** are suitable for people with gluten intolerances. | |
Guar GumGuar gum is made from legumes called Guar beans. Scientific studies show they can be beneficial for our health, including improved digestion, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels as well as weight maintenance. | |
Himalayan SaltPink Himalayan salt contains numerous minerals not found in sea salt and is considerably healthier than traditional table salt which contains chemical fillers. And because Himalayan salt doesn't come from the sea, isn't contaminated with micro plastics. | |
